Pricefy 2.2.3 is now live with better Amazon variant handling, per‑item shipping costs that flow into your margins, a new MCP/API for competitor discovery and suggestion management, and a quicker Magento connection via Integrations Token. These updates help you compare the right products, price with full cost visibility, and operationalize competitive insights faster.
We have also refined Repricing Preview workflows, expanded catalog safeguards with min/max bounds, and shipped important stability and security fixes.
Amazon variant handling for accurate matching and pricing
Many Amazon listings are parent products with multiple child variants (size, color, pack). Pricefy now recognizes and handles these variants during matching so your product aligns with the correct variant and price. This reduces false gaps, prevents mismatched comparisons, and ensures your rules act on the exact SKU you sell.
How to use it: when matching a product to an Amazon URL, select the correct variant from the available options. If you maintain variant attributes in your catalog, keep them updated so suggestions and matches can target the right child variant.
New MCP/API for competitor discovery and suggestion management
We have added MCP/API endpoints to help you operationalize competitor discovery and suggestions programmatically. You can pull discovery results, review suggested matches, and accept or reject suggestions from your workflow or internal tools.
How to use it: integrate the new endpoints to list discovered competitor listings, retrieve pending suggestions, and push actions (approve, dismiss, or revisit later). This makes it easier to keep your monitored set complete and current without manual back-and-forth.
Connect Magento with an Integrations Token
Connecting Magento is now simpler with an Integrations Token. Use your Magento Integration Token in Pricefy to establish the connection without extra configuration steps.
How to use it: in Pricefy, go to Integrations, choose Magento, and paste your Integrations Token to complete the setup.
Set per‑item shipping costs; margins now deduct shipping
You can now set shipping on a per‑item basis directly in Pricefy and through all major import paths: the user interface, bulk edit, CSV, feeds, and API. Margin calculations automatically deduct shipping cost from your price to reflect true profitability. Your pricing rules remain unchanged; they continue to work as before, now with more accurate cost inputs.
How to use it: add or update shipping cost per item in the Catalog (single or bulk), include it in your CSV/feed mapping, or pass it via API. Pricefy will factor shipping into margin math everywhere margins are displayed or used.
Catalog min/max rules with auto‑recalculation and safeguards
Min/Max rules now let you set price bounds in the Catalog and keep them up to date. Pricefy can auto‑recalculate min and max when key inputs change (like price, cost, MAP, or shipping), helping you respect constraints while staying competitive.
How to use it: define your bounds in the Catalog and enable auto‑recalc if needed. You can preview changes before applying them and restore previous values if something is not as expected.
Repricing Preview: need‑first sort, filters, checks, and import options
Repricing Preview is easier to triage and safer to apply:
- Need‑first sort: surface products that require attention at the top.
- Change and stock filters: filter by expected price change and stock status to focus on what matters.
- Owner checks: additional ownership checks to prevent unintended edits.
- Keep‑costs import opt‑in: when importing, you can opt to keep existing costs to avoid overwriting them.
How to use it: open Repricing Preview, switch to the new sort to prioritize actions, apply the change/stock filters, and, when importing data, choose the keep‑costs option if you want to preserve current costs.
Security updates
We addressed PHP2Shell CVE‑2026‑109618 and CVE‑2026‑109619. Keeping your data and workflows secure is our first priority; please update any local tooling that interacts with Pricefy if you maintain custom scripts.
Other improvements
- Fixed issues on Catalog, Monitored URLs, and other pages for smoother navigation and editing.
- Resolved MCP and API issues to improve reliability and consistency across endpoints.
- General stability improvements across the app.
What this means for your team
Your pricing decisions can now reflect the exact product variant and the real cost of getting it to the customer. Competitive coverage is easier to build and maintain, Magento connections are faster to set up, and your team can review and apply price changes with better prioritization and safeguards. The result is clearer margins, fewer mismatches, and a tighter daily pricing loop.
