What is a Heureka product feed?
A Heureka product feed is an XML file of your products in Heureka's own format — each item carrying a name, price, category, identifiers, product URL and image — submitted so Heureka can list you against other shops selling the same product. Shoppers compare offers on the product page, largely on price.
Heureka expects its specific XML structure (SHOPITEM elements with fields like ITEM_ID, PRODUCTNAME, PRICE_VAT, CATEGORYTEXT, EAN and PARAM), correct category mapping, and current prices and stock — or products fail to match or drop out. Core required elements
- ITEM_ID — a unique, stable identifier for each product
- PRODUCTNAME — the display product name
- PRODUCT — the full product title
- URL — the product landing page
- IMGURL — the main product image URL
- PRICE_VAT — the current price including VAT
- CATEGORYTEXT — the product category path
- EAN / PRODUCTNO — product identifiers for matching
- DELIVERY_DATE — availability / dispatch time
Heureka also uses PARAM elements for product parameters and MANUFACTURER for brand; requirements can vary by category. Pricefy's validation flags what each item is missing before the feed ships.
