OnBuy Product Feed
OnBuy is one of the UK's fastest-growing marketplaces, built on a shared catalog matched by product identifier. Pricefy maps your catalog to OnBuy and keeps your listings — price, stock and condition — synced with your repriced, in-stock values.
What is an OnBuy product feed?
OnBuy runs on a shared catalog: products are matched by identifier (EAN/UPC/ISBN) to existing product pages, and you attach a listing with your price, stock and condition. So an OnBuy "feed" is really a listing sync — your offer against OnBuy's catalog.
Because sellers can share a product page, the strongest offer wins — price, delivery and seller performance all count. Keeping listings accurate and competitively priced as the market moves is the job Pricefy automates.
What OnBuy expects
The essentials of an OnBuy listing sync. Pricefy matches your catalog by identifier and keeps your listings current — see OnBuy's API documentation for the authoritative, always-current spec.
Core listing attributes
- Product identifier — EAN/UPC/ISBN to match OnBuy's catalog
- SKU — your internal reference for the listing
- Price — the current selling price, incl. VAT
- Stock — units available to sell
- Condition — new or a defined used grade
- Handling time — dispatch time
- Delivery / shipping — the applicable shipping settings
Products new to OnBuy may need content created before a listing can attach; requirements are set by OnBuy and can change. Pricefy's validation flags what each listing is missing before it syncs.

On OnBuy, the sale is won on price — so let it come from your repricing engine
Most feed tools just push your catalog to OnBuy. Pricefy is a price intelligence platform first: competitor monitoring on every plan shows where your listing sits against the others, and from the Pro plan up, dynamic repricing publishes your adjusted prices straight into your OnBuy listings — so you compete on price without editing listings by hand.
