SKROUTZ FEED

Skroutz Product Feed

A Skroutz product feed lists your catalog on Skroutz.gr, the leading price-comparison and marketplace platform in Greece. Pricefy builds the Skroutz XML from your catalog — mapped to its feed specification, validated before it ships, and refreshed on schedule with your repriced, in-stock prices.

THE BASICS

What is a Skroutz product feed?

A Skroutz product feed is an XML file of your products — each with a name, price, category, identifiers, product URL and image — submitted so Skroutz can list you against other shops selling the same product. Shoppers compare the offers on the product page, largely on price and availability.

Skroutz expects its specific XML structure with correct category mapping, identifiers for matching, and current prices and stock — or products fail to match or drop out. Keeping that file accurate as your catalog and the market move is the job Pricefy automates.

FEED SPECIFICATION

What Skroutz expects

The essentials of Skroutz's XML feed. Pricefy maps your catalog to every required field and validates the feed before delivery — see Skroutz's merchant documentation for the authoritative, always-current spec.

Core required fields

  • uniqueID — a unique, stable identifier for each product
  • name — the display product name
  • link — the product landing page URL
  • image — the main product image URL
  • category — the product category path
  • price_with_vat — the current price including VAT
  • manufacturer — the product brand
  • MPN / EAN — product identifiers for matching
  • availability & quantity — stock status and units available

Skroutz also uses parameters such as size and colour for variant products; requirements can vary by category. Pricefy's validation flags what each item is missing before the feed ships.

HOW PRICEFY EXPORTS TO SKROUTZ

From catalog to a competitive listing

1

Import your catalog

Connect Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, PrestaShop or Magento — or import a CSV. Products, prices and stock sync automatically.

2

Load the Skroutz template

Pick Skroutz: Pricefy loads the XML spec — required fields, category mapping and identifiers.

3

Map, enrich and validate

Map your fields to Skroutz's, map categories, ensure identifiers are present for matching, and let validation flag incomplete items before they ship.

4

Publish price-aware

Deliver a feed URL that refreshes on schedule — carrying the prices your repricing rules produce, with out-of-stock items excluded automatically.

On Skroutz, price is the ranking — so let it come from your repricing engine

Most feed tools just move your catalog to Skroutz. Pricefy is a price intelligence platform first: competitor monitoring on every plan shows exactly where you sit against the other offers, and from the Pro plan up, dynamic repricing publishes your adjusted prices straight into the feed. On a channel where shoppers sort by price, that's the difference between the top of the list and the bottom.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Skroutz product feeds, answered

What format does a Skroutz feed use?
Skroutz uses its own XML format, with fields such as uniqueID, name, link, image, category, price_with_vat and identifiers. Pricefy generates valid Skroutz XML and checks the structure before delivery.
What fields are required for Skroutz?
The core fields are uniqueID, name, link, image, category, price_with_vat, manufacturer, an identifier (MPN/EAN) and availability/quantity, plus size and colour for variants. Pricefy flags anything an item is missing before the feed ships.
Why does price matter so much on Skroutz?
Skroutz is a comparison platform: shoppers see every merchant offering a product side by side and sort by price. A competitive, current price wins the click — which is why Pricefy pairs the feed with competitor monitoring and repricing.
Can Pricefy put my repriced prices into the Skroutz feed?
Yes — that's the point. price_with_vat comes from your Pricefy repricing rules (dynamic repricing from the Pro plan up), so your Skroutz listing reflects your live competitive position, not a stale export.
